Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Conclusion of the purchase agreement and settlement
The orders directed to us, whether in written, telephone or digital form – are binding applications within the meaning of the Civil Code. The acceptance is confirmed by us, subject to your advance payment. The ordered goods will be shipped immediately after payment has been received, but not later than 3 business days thereafter. At the request of the buyer, shipping is possible with cash on delivery.
2. Return Policy
You can return the goods received by sending back the goods within 14 days without stating any reasons. The period begins upon receipt of this notification in writing (eg letter, fax, email), but not before receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline it suffices to send the goods or the withdrawal request. In any case, the return is at our expense and risk. 3. Consequences of return
In the case of an effective return the mutually received benefits are to be returned and any benefits (eg. As use benefits) surrendered. In case of deterioration of the goods, compensation can be claimed. This does not apply if the deterioration of the product exclusively on their examination – is due – as would have been about you at our store. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a determination by the proper use of the thing, by not using the goods as your property and refrain from doing anything that could impair their value. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the withdrawal request, for us on receipt of the goods.
4. Data Protection
We store your data electronically only to process your orders and to notify you via email if necessary to draw attention to our special promotions. We commit ourselves to not disclose your data to third parties except for the settlement of the contract. We use security software to protect your data against unauthorized access.
